Tobias Hinkel’s store was located in Bunker Hill, also known as the Rich Hill area of Richland Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The shoemaker Tobias Hinkel started his business in 1859. In 1885 he became partners with M. A. Biehn, his brother-in-law and the store was then known as Hinkel and Biehn.
